NOTICE:
Service Day: Every Wednesday
Time of arrival: Approximately  9 am – until the technician is finishedAll work orders are serviced in the order they came in.
WORK ORDER DEADLINE: No work order will be accepted after noon on Tuesday, the day before regular service.
All work orders after the noon deadline will be added to the next Wednesday service.

Failure to do so will stop this work order from being sent.

This tells us if your landlord or some other person/business is paying for service. Remember, you are not charged for exterior pest control, only the interior is your responsibility.

The building number is on the exterior of every building, usually at the corner. Example: 16
This number is located above the main entryway into your building. Example: 2583 Salmon Dr
This is the alphabetic letter that designates your unit. Example: B – If a townhome just add a T (Townhome)
Is this unit VACANT?
Is this an interior pest issue or exterior pest issue?
The HOA generally covers all treatments to the exterior and the attic.
Is there are PET in the unit?
This question is for the safety of your pet. Pets can get stressed at times when a stranger enters the home, plus with the pest equipment, it only causes more stress.

The proper description of the pest location aids us in finding and servicing this pest issue by not having to search out the issue which could take a very long time.
I give permission for Florida Termite and Pest Control Tech to enter my unit to perform pest control. A duplicate key of your unit is located in the main office. The entry key will be checked out and checked back in when service is complete.
Without permission granted by you, we cannot enter your unit. Please be sure a “working” entry key is available in the office. If your key is “not working” then we cannot service your unit at the present time and you will have to resubmit a work order for the following week or another time.
I want a pest free home, I want a the service below. Our service protects your home from general household pest such as ants, cockroaches, pantry pest, occasional invaders, etc. The fees listed DO NOT COVER Fleas, Ticks, Bedbugs or Rodents.
If you have an interior pest issue (not termites) one of these boxes must be selected. If not selected, your work order will be rejected. If unsure call our office at 727-855-7555 If you are current customer and requesting an extra service due to a pest issue, please do not add in the price of your service.
It is advised to be at your unit during the time we are on property, we always try to get to everybody in a timely manner. BE ADVISED, not all treatments are the same and may take longer than others, Please be patient.
